Hah ya. I've been hoping for a close up all game.

Speaking of fans behind home plate, anyone know the story about who the granny is whose at almost every game?

she used to always be there for every game with her husband (I assume) He used to read his book, while she watched the game. Then one July they stopped coming. Didn't see her again until next year and she was alone. So since he has never come back, I would think he probably died. Must be wealthy, they have seasons tix for those two seats.

Run support for Dayz...

he didn't give up a touch down in the first 3 innings either. always helps if your starter lets you get on the board first or at least make sure you're not down by a field goal right away.

Can we please not drop below .500 again this season. Please?!?!

Thanks

the Detroit rotation makes that unlikely, but still a noble request. lol

Thanks for the info. See King, if you don't assume you know the answer, ya learn something ;)

I don't like those matchups, hopefully tomorrow their hitters will be off due to the Dickey effect. Then all we need for Wang to keep us in the game and some run support without EE and Lind, easy...

But now the upcoming matchups are:

Fister vs Wang

Scherzer vs Johnson

Verlander vs Rogers

Anything better than getting swept in the last three games would be great in my eyes. So here's hoping for at least a series split. I don't see how we can win this series but if we somehow pull it off, that would be amazing; especially when Tampa and Boston are facing each other.

Detroit is a really bad road team (17-22) and are 3-7 in there last 10 and playing some real bad baseball while the Jays are red hot at home lately.

Sure the pitching matchups favor them but I could see us winning this series.

None of what you said fits the word "easy". You're hoping that Wang out-pitches Fister long enough for the Jays to score more on Fister than the Tigers score on him? It's possible but in no way is it easy.

You're right, I accidentally saw the matchups for July 22

He was being SARCASTIC!!!!
