Notes:

 

Rays::

• The Rays haven't dropped a series at home for the past 19 series at the Trop, and have won every season series since 2006
  

 

Jays:

• Reyes is back! It did cost Kawazaki (dumn AA), but hey, he was the only Blue Jay hitting through 10 games in the season! He slots back into the leadoff spot where he provides a hot bat and blazing speed, to an already .500 Toronto Blue Jays team.
  
• Dickey will hope to salvage a game in the Trop. After an atrocious June, he's trying to help lift the Jays to a win to take at least one from the Rays before heading into Fenway Park. The active Rays are 15/100 against Dickey and has given up 4 runs in 14 total innings against the Rays this season.
  
• Lawrie will start his rehab assignment with the Dunedin Blue Jays today. The Jays' 3rd baseman was kept out since May 27th because of a sprained ankle, and will see a promotion to AAA Buffalo before Toronto, like Jose Reyes.
