GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 If the Astros take Appel, this year, what would be better? Correa + Appel or Appel + Bryant? Personally, I like the Correa package more, as Correa's a good SS which is generally extremely valuable and he can hit really well.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 If the Astros loved Appel enough to take him they'd have drafted him last year. Houston will take Gray. Astros will chose Moran to save Money for his 40th pick
Nox Verified Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Twitter says Appel to Houston. Surprising.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Not gonna follow on Twitter. Want some surprise haha.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Didn't Kris Bryant turn the Jays down two years ago or so? Yes out of high school, he was going to college for sure but the jays took a flyer and tried to get him. It just didn't happen

GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Yay, this should lock Gray to the Cubbies, which is nice because I like them. After that, though, s*** starts to get REALLY real.

bzapple Verified Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Don't you just love when Harold Reynolds opens his mouth?
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Don't you just love when Harold Reynolds opens his mouth? All I hear is blah blah blah... MOAR RBIs... Blah blah blah
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 So who wants to bet that AA goes way off the board with 10?
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 I wouldn't mind seeing a Jonathan Gray free fall. The chances he gets past the Twins, then the Indians, then the Red Sox, then the Royals, is pretty much 0.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 So who wants to bet that AA goes way off the board with 10? I don't think he will, not with the 10th pick. If he was in the high teens or 20's I think there'd be a chance.

GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Cubs have all position player prospects, if they don't take Gray they're dumb. Lol
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Minnesota probably gunna jump on Gray.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Love that pick. He would have gone off in Colorado
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Wow I'm surprised. I'm suprized too, It took me long to post because I thought they went Gray lol f*** you cubs
JaysFanToTheEnd Verified Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Bryant looks like Paul Walker there. I don't think I'm going to get 1 pick right lol
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 If the Rockies do take Domonic Smith, everything is going to go to s***. This could be kinda f***ing amazing. Jays should have an elite talent to pass on at 10.
theblujay Verified Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 I want a team to take someone crazy in the top 10, just please don't be the Jays
theblujay Verified Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 This could be kinda f***ing amazing. Jays should have an elite talent to pass on at 10. Maybe that's worse than having to take Ball... Nope I'm just gonna stay positive.

GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 s***. They took Gray. f***ing Rockies always have to mess everything up.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2013 Posted June 6, 2013 Guess the Rockies couldn't pass up Gray.
