Did Hayhurst actually question it?!

 

Hayhurst could not understand why Sean Nolin was brought up from AA to pitch. He lasted barely more than one inning & gets sent down. Why not given him a second start if you believe that he can pitch in the MLB?

 

AA's actions are bewildering. Why not use any of the AAA pitchers with options remaining as emergency starters? Isn't that why they are in Buffalo?

I'm AAs dream pitcher. 6'2", low 200lb range with one tommy john, one knee surgery, astigmatism and two shoulder surgeries. I'll take 15 years 100k a year, get on it AA.

I love the guys who complain about the scrubs we're sending out there, as if we have a whole rotation of aces just chomping at the bit to come play for us.

The time to complain was before the season started.

 

In fairness to AA, of the 6 MLB pitchers we had ready to go:

 

2 got injured

2 turned into disasters

2 are slowly improving, but far short of what they are supposed to do

 

Hard to make contingency plans for all of that. Still, would have liked a little more depth.

 

Attention: We don't have anyone else. The cupboard is bare.

What the f*** is wrong in the organization? Seems like we have a bunch of players that are hurt every year. Lawrie, Morrow, Bautista, Snider, and now D'arnaud and Henderson Alvarez. In the minors, AJ Jimenez and Robert Osuna.
