Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 I'm surprised they pitched to Jose. I know it's harder with the bases loaded, but I really expected Maddon to walk him with the way he's been locked in today.
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 Longoria a good professional hitter produces on a 0-2 count on a pitch outside.. If only our hitters had any idea how to hit in that same position. There it is brotha, Bautista has it

IBTrini Verified Member Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 nice AB by derosa nice situation hitting by jose jays win. dragging the win out of the claws of defeat. nice come back!!! Don't forget Rasmus' at bat and his hustle, the Bonifacio's bunt to move him to 2B, and Kawasaki's grounder to get him to 3B. Bautista definitely had a good day however praise must be passed around to the pitchers and defence as well (excluding that one by Izturis'). Nice win - hopefully this will boost their morale.
Arkadium Verified Member Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 DeRosa AB was just brilliant, did absolutely what he needed to do.
