dmrich28 Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 kinda like the Leafs..can't quite close. Too soon I guess
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 okay.. lincoln doing his best to "Leaf" up this game!
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 So assuming Boston loses, we'll be 6.5 GB of the WC.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 And after the Giants we have ten straight inter-divisional games.
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 lol@scoreboard watching already...it's May 14th kids
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 I know Snider is a huge bust... But you can't tell me Lincoln is more valuable. The guy is terrible. Snider could've been a solid 4th OFer/LH option off the bench.
frizzer1 Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Here come the bruins....I mean giants..
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 My god. Lincoln sucks. How did his guy have a 0.5 ERA with the pirates last year?
oakville69 Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 okay.. lincoln doing his best to "Leaf" up this game! LOL!. Jays trying to imitate the Leafs. In fairness, didn't he throw over 40 pitches? Wasn't Lincoln a starter for the Pirates for part of the last season?
Caper Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 That's the beauty of a 7 run lead. What is more likely? A 2 out 4 run comeback, or a what happened to the leafs?

eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 That's it Gibby Gascan Rogers will get it done.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 For a guy who has a fetish for relievers, AA sure has managed to compile a pretty s***** pen.
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Jays win! Let's do it again tomorrow.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Barry Zito's a good pitcher? Seriously tabler?
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Will be interesting to see how Morrow looks tomorrow.Dickey wasn't great but at the end of the day you can't ask for much more. Great night overall.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 For a guy who has a fetish for relievers, AA sure has managed to compile a pretty s***** pen. Pen's been great this year...
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Pen's been great this year... We currently have: Ortiz, Rogers, Lincoln, and some other guy with a weird name that I can't remember right now. It's a thin bullpen.
deadlee Verified Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 LOL!. Jays trying to imitate the Leafs. In fairness, didn't he throw over 40 pitches? Wasn't Lincoln a starter for the Pirates for part of the last season? Yep.. 46 to be precise....and yeah. started with a ridiculously low ERA... #ButitsDaNationalLeague Still...good to be on the right side of a laugher.. boom!!
Gen.Disarray Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Yeeeeeah Buddy Jays win. That was a good win, hopefully more of the same tomorrow. If Melkys legs were hurting yesterday... I hope he doesn't have to miss any time.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 But of course the pen stems from the rotation. Nothing you can do when your starters are giving us 4 innings a night. With that said though, Aviles and Snider make this team better. Means no need for Bonifacio or DeRosa (although he has been solid)
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 For a guy who has a fetish for relievers, AA sure has managed to compile a pretty s***** pen. Santos is good when his arm isn't falling off, Cecil is great, Jansen is great, Oliver is decent, Loup is decent, Rogers and Lincoln are misses i guess. Not a bad pen. Im hoping we use Stroman in the pen this year. Get him up and helping the big team.
