Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Lind should be batting 4th, but gibby has taken heat for changing the lineup too much so he's going to roll with the same lineup as yesterday..lol I don't blame gibs for the teams terrible play overall, but his handling of the lineup has been terrible.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 The second worst team in the division is .500........................ we are 10 below.......I am an optimistic person but me thinks the season is already lost, brutal. Too good a division to be this far backl and make it back, especially with the lack of depth and injuries.

OK. but has Gibby explained to the media why JPA is batting cleanup? A pitcher knows JPA won't take a walk, so just make him hit anything you give him. Lind against LHP batting cleanup doesn't make sense either. If Lawrie could get hot that would help. He should focus on the batting cage & stop fighting followers on twitter.

As long as the Yankees or Red Sox don't win the AL East, I am happy. Looking forward to the return of Jose Reyes.
Figgy1R22R Verified Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 His return is planned for when? Would be a major boost.

Bautista would be better in cleanup, lind, even "I cannot hit an outside pitch" Edwin. we are not facing a left handed pitcher today. JPA k's way too much.

Edwin doesnt struggle on outside pitches, just not talking out of your ass, thanks
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I'm down by the bullpen. JPA seems to have a bleeding finger. Hopefully no biggie.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Edwin doesnt struggle on outside pitches, just not talking out of your ass, thanks You have not watched any games, he has been horrid this year, below .200 with RISP< striking out on outside breaking balls down and away, pulling off outside pitches for easy ground outs, Oh yes he has really not gone opposite once this year. This his .218 average and below .200 with RISP.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 JP bleeding finger He seems fine though

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Where the f*** is Blue Jays Central? I don't give a flying s*** about soccer.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I beg to differ. Hopefully it leads to a season-long bout with tetanus that lands him on the IL until he's traded for a bag of balls in September and then leaves baseball to join the cast of Jersey Shore. Lol, he would fit right in with the Jersey Shore cast wouldn't he?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I can't believe we have only won ONE series so far. That is just retarded. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 I don't know why my pictures are going in sideways...
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Any FHRC recommendations after seeing batting practice? Edwin Always a good bet.

o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Where the f*** is Blue Jays Central? I don't give a flying s*** about soccer. it's a big moment in sports history. the most successful manager in soccer history is going out with a championship. he's been one of the most successful in terms of any sports franchise. hate the sport if you like, but it's a rare sports moment that should be covered.

I put this in the OT thread but who cares, Alex, best manager/coach in history? Or st let most winningest?
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Thats cool but do you understand the kind of ratings SN would have got for that match? What match? All I saw was two talking heads fellating a 70 year old man I've never heard of and don't care about.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 terrible game for the first half, but the second half was great and a last minute goal from their 20th(league record) goal scorer this season to putting one in for the win. the Jays would be lucky to get a manager who is half the man Ferguson is.
