While the numbers look good because of the no runs I wouldn't say 0 strikeouts and 8 flyball outs to 3 groundball outs is a good start. Nice to see 0 walks i guess.

That's awesome. Cubs are definitely my favorite NL team these days. Should be fun to watch as all the kids make their way up. If they do it right they should be able to keep the core together longer term with their payroll capacity.

I don't see why the Cubs would start their clocks this early in a non-contending year, with September very close they'll wait IMO.
