Meh, I had a roster crunch. He was 35 with a modest 3.86 FIP. I didn't want to cut him, but he was the logical candidate at the time. His late-career renaissance is remarkable.

Also I think I owned Blackmon before 2014 but didn't keep him past the cut.

 

I don't think I've ever let a really elite player slip away, but might be forgetting.

Pitchers are volatile and lots of streaming happens in this league so TOR arms will get cut, but what is the worst position player drop in league history?

Some of these aren't great players, but in 2013:

- z3r0s dropped Josh Donaldson

- GP, Havok, KK and Silvergun dropped JD Martinez

- Havok dropped Lucas Duda

- KK dropped Kole Calhoun, Brian Dozier (twice)

- Everyone kept dropping Yan Gomes and Derek Norris
