No, but I see I have commissioner access, what is it you want to do?

 

I believe Laika said rosters were locked for add drops, I could be wrong, but trading should be applicable.

Yep all good now. Just made an add without any waiver period. Should be all good now.

What are people’s thoughts on the minor league promotion system we’ve been using? IIRC not allowing back and forth movement to/from the farm was a rule intended to ease administrative burden because it was tracked on a spreadsheet. Is there a reason to keep that rule? I asked BORED owners and didn’t get much feedback.

Calling them up and down would be nice as long as they're still under the thresholds.

 

Could change it that they need to be called up as soon as they reach the thresholds no mater what time of the season it is, if not, they go to waivers. But up til that point they can be taxied back and forth depending where they are in the MLB/MiLB

I can't think of an obvious reason to keep the no demotions rule.

 

The people with s***** farms will use the extra space as expanded MLB roster depth. Do we think that is an issue? Maybe? We can make it so once a player is over the IP/PA threshold they can't be demoted (to solve the hoarding problem).

 

We can still keep the rule where MiLB players are not force-promoted until they pass the PA/IP thresholds. Is that feasible in Fantrax or will the system f*** up their transactions once the green flag is gone?

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking too. If a player is on your farm past the thresholds you lose the player. But until they reach the thresholds you can move them back and forth as you please.

I think the bigger problem is periodically scanning the farms to check if people haven't promoted those that need to be. I guess we could eliminate the PA/IP limits. I'm not sure they actually serve a whole lot of purpose now that players aren't in the general pool.
