German has been placed on administrative leave as Major League Baseball's Department of Investigations looks into the matter. No police report has been filed, but the right-hander could very well be facing a lengthy suspension, one that might rule him out for the remainder of the regular season and the playoffs.

But they do it so randomly. Herrera is NA eligible, PED players aren't. Urias wasn't at the beginning of his suspension, but then was for a week, and then he went back to ineligible for the last week of his suspension.
