Under normal circumstances I would have moved into the playoff group after the performance this week, but f*** the havok steamroller.

 

With you there. Pretty sure I set personal bests for offensive rate stats and I got rekt. The nature of the H2ah beast. Sometimes you just run into a performance that is basically unbeatable. Sucks, but then youll win weeks while your team sucks s***.

Good hitters have high BABIPs. If you were meant to ignore it, I wouldn’t have included it.

Yeah him having a higher BABIP than Trout, Bellinger by 60 points each, Yelich, Bregman, Rendon, Michael Brantley, etc. is totally normal and sustainable. Higher BABIP than Mike Trout, Joey Votto and Paul Goldschmidt in their careers, Jose Altuve's peak years, etc. Oh right, but I'm not accounting for Urshela's blazing speed, coming in at *checks notes* 44th percentile in sprint speed. Yup.

Let's not lose sight of the crux of all of this: German Marquez is not a fantasy Ace because this is not an xFIP league and Vidal Brujan is an easy top 20 prospect in baseball who could very well be a consistent 20/40 MIF.

 

Gio Urshela is just a really good dude and I'm happy for him this year :)

Yeesh, tough matchup for me this week. Not only is BB 1st in the PRs by a substantial margin (15 compared to 2nd place @ 10.7), but it’s an incredibly balanced team and lethal in both phases (7.6 BAT + 7.5 PIT). Heavy favourite to repeat as DDL champ IMO.
