z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted January 8, 2019 Posted January 8, 2019 just took it off the sheet. Not sure I want him anymore knowing this...
z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 My offseason to-do list is getting short. Would still like to trade Eric Thames or Matt Kemp for a similarly old and/or risky asset at a different position. I'd like to sell off a few prospects for picks or 2-1's - Franklin Perez - Steele Walker - One other! In an ideal world I would also trade for an upgrade at 3B. I still think Seager has a rebound in him, but would make a move if it presented itself.
BTS Community Moderator Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 Anybody want probable White Sox closer Kelvin Herrera? I also find it odd that nobody has made an offer on Choi given that I'm trying very hard to find a way to keep him.
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted January 9, 2019 Posted January 9, 2019 These guys are my intended cuts at the moment, if any of them interest you they can be had for a pick or pick up-grade. Kole Calhoun Frank Schwindel Hector Neris Kenyon Middleton Yoshihisa Hirano Brad Boxberger Jalen Beeks Fernando Rodney Matt Hall

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted January 10, 2019 Posted January 10, 2019 To Org: Will Smith, LAD - C To me: Andres Gimenez, NYM - SS Org to confirm. Yes sir.
z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 I am still looking to upgrade my 3B. Could trade Seager, who I think could very well bounce back and recoup his value (I just can't count on it while trying to contend). Would also deal non-Whitley prospects (unless its for a stud) and any picks. I would consider offers on other roster players as well. Also still trying to find Thames a good home. Would trade for a prospect or pick upgrade
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 I feel like Thames is a DFA candidate (once again). Remember that one gleaming month in 2017 when he was the second coming of Barry Bonds?

Remember that one gleaming month in 2017 when he was the second coming of Barry Bonds? He is firmly on my cut list, that's for sure. He had another great stretch last year too, but then got injured and it all went off the rails again. You have to wonder what it would look like if he could somehow put it together and keep it together, but its obviously becoming less likely year-by-year.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 I'm still looking for a good UTIL bat for prospects/picks or a CF.

SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Quick question, can you keep more than 12 prospects if you keep less than 20 of your current roster?
z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 sure... so long as they are kept on your 20 man roster
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Quick question, can you keep more than 12 prospects if you keep less than 20 of your current roster? No, that's only in BORED.

BTS Community Moderator Posted January 16, 2019 Posted January 16, 2019 That has to be a record for least time elapsed between an initial trade offer being made and it being accepted and processed.
