Real talk, I'm giving serious thought to quitting fantasy ball wholesale because I just don't enjoy the game like I used to.

Real talk, I'm giving serious thought to quitting fantasy ball wholesale because I just don't enjoy the game like I used to.

 

The game is always changing man. Three years ago SP ERA was like 3.8 and it felt like mid-rotation fantasy SPs were a dime a dozen and anybody could throw 180 innings of 4 ERA ball. Now SP ERA is like 4.5, good starters feel like a premium asset again, but it feels like anyone can pop 25 homers. You just have to keep adjusting.

Craig Kimbrel, Andrew Miller, Wade Davis, Gio Gonzalez, and Felix Hernandez are on the block and available for prospects. I would also trade Robbie Cano if you can patch my long-term 2B outlook.

yup. basically, any minor leaguer that hits a lot of fly balls has 70 power potential.

Hey Orgfiller, FA adds are not allowed during the OS, so I'm afraid that J-Hay claim is not valid. You'll have to hope to get him in the waiver draft.

Sorry man, I put in the waiver claim on like Saturday and didn't consider that it would go through after playoffs were done. My bad.

Yeah I think SG is correct.

It makes sense that if a player is dropped during the final week, you should be able to use your Yahoo waiver priority to get him.

If thats what the council of darrell's decides, I cannot argue. We should amend that rule in the doc tho so it is clear.

P2F, did you update your own? Its the only other roster that isn't at the 20 player cut-down level.

A waiver claim should certainly be allowed, and updated.
