Was offered Alex Bregman for Roberto Osuna in this other 20-team league dynasty league I'm in on ESPN. As well, was offered Josh Bell & Snell for Moose in the same league. Thoughts?

 

My team is out of contention likely though according to Mike Wilner, it's still early.

Bregman trade seems like a no-brainer for you. Not sure on the other. Moose is very good, and don't care much for Bell. I'd probably decline, but it comes down to personal preference IMO.

Yeah as much as I love Osuna, closers are volatile. One injury or down year shoots down his value completely.

Zunino is always going to strike out in a 3rd of his plate appearances, and he's a catcher, which pretty much makes him uninteresting unless his name is Posey or Sanchez. Anybody hyping Mike Zunino as more than maybe a fringe keeper in a 20-team league should be very embarrassed.

He's still pretty young and has been crushing the ball this month. I'm taking a flier on him in another league, though doubt he brings much of a return via trade right now. If he continues to play well in the second half and finishes the season with nice numbers, then he's definitely a keeper and holds some trade value.

How about Matty Davidson? 4 straight games with a home run. Definitely a good source of power with 14 HR's and slashing .259/.306/.547 so far. Should have held onto him ugh. His low .OBP & high strikeouts make him less valuable in this league though.

Just a housekeeping note...

 

Players are getting added to rosters as they are drafted (more or less) and picks aren't being removed as they are being done. This creates the appearance of an inconsistency between how many slots you have remaining and how many picks you have.

 

Edit: I have started using strikethrough formatting on used picks for greater clarity.

I like both of those trades for you (You should have hit accept on the Bregman one immediately imo).

Maikel Franco's name is a bastardized version of Michael, spelled as it sounds in Spanish. Similarly, Dayana for Diana and Brayan for Brian. Latin American people are weird.

Most languages have translations (so to speak) of common names. You don't see North American people with names like Jooan (Juan).
