I think we might need to clarify this rule a bit. For example, if Domingo Santana gets 501 PA before the prospect draft, at which exact moment does he become a FA? The moment the cutdown deadline arrives? It's a bit of a grey area.

 

Can't be the exact cutdown moment because some people simply email me cuts right before the deadline and I don't process them until the next day. Has to be 24 hours. There should also be an allowance for a commissioner to plop them on waivers if it seems like a more fair way to distribute the particular player.

Schoop is basically Gyorko, except with a full time job. I think you should maybe hold. Schoop sucks but he's young and the ISO is real. He's probably an adjustment away from being something worthwhile.
