I was very close to pulling off an eight-team trade in December.

I honestly feel like half of these mega proposals could be done with 2-3 teams. Admit you add more just because you like the idea of an enormous trade.

I think most of them do need to have that many. Just because some teams like certain prospects more then others. I think most I were in had to have the amount they had. I tried with less but had to keep adding in teams to make it work.

You need a lot of teams to make the pick upgrading work. Every team pitches in to turn a sixth rounder into a first. That's how jays_fever ends up with #5 here, which is exchangeable for a near-elite prospect. And as you say, the prospect preferences can be muted with enough teams.

Proposal III

To Me: Huston Street (#47)

To KingKat: Hunter Dozier, Mark Appel, Eddie Rosario, MiLB #32, MiLB #47 (Castro, Gonzalez, #24, #109)

To Dinger: Miguel Montero, MiLB #120 (Street)

To jays_fever: Gregory Polanco, MiLB #5 (Montero, Folty, Jackson, #86)

To BTS: Jason Castro, MiLB #86 (Dozier, #32, #56)

To z3r0s: Mike Foltynewicz, Lucas Sims, [DJ Davis or JP Crawford], MiLB #21 (Garza, Polanco)

To Sammy: Matt Garza, MiLB #12, MiLB #58 (#5, #21, #41, [Davis or Crawford])

To Hurl: Austin Jackson, MiLB #109 (Sims, Rosario, #120)

To TheCatsAss: Adrian Gonzalez, MiLB #24 (Appel, #12, #58)

FTD, you could be useful as a pick/prospect exchanger. What are your prospects' pick equivalencies?

I wouldn't mind getting my hands on Corey Kluber at decent value. Mind working that into this deal somehow?

I'm looking to acquire Trout, and since FTD said he is already in for this 10+ team trade, I see no reason you can't work my needs into it North. Look forward to hearing what Godfather North has to say.

Of course Mark Buehrle would do this to me.

This could potentially be the best start of his career, by game score or FIP. Didn't actually look at his game logs but it has to be top 3 or 5 at least.

Um. Yes please.

The perfect game was a 93 game score.

KK may have trouble absorbing Dozier, Bell, Appel and Rosario into his farm, so comment if you want to take two of those guys in exchange for a better prospect.

Have you actually spoke to any of the teams about this, or are you trying to infer what they would want based off their rosters?

I'm not involved in this. It's all made up.

It's just an idea based off team needs.

Would you do it though?

Moving Street doesn't work for me. I have arguably the best offense in the league even without a C, so I'm not going to move a closer to get insurance for Gattis. You need at least 3 closers if you want to compete in that category every week.

North, stop trying to make 10 teams trade happen. It's not going to happen.

(If someone could Mean Girls meme this, that would be great.)

The Bill James 'Game Score' for Buehrle's perfect game was 93. Tonight - 86. If Lawrie snares that ball to end the game - 91.

11 K's is like a 3-sigma event for Bark Muehrle, lol.

To Everyone else:

A 10 team lottery draw for Mike Trout.

EDIT: That would actually be terrible for me. Screw you guys.

Anyone else find it funny how North lists Dozier first as if he's the best player in the package?

Everything about everything North does regarding these trades is funny.

All I have to say is screw you zeros! James Paxton and your team of sub 1 ERA

I've had an incredible first week of the season in this league and my annual re-draft. I have a 0.351 ERA and 0.779 WHIP in my other re-draft on the back of my Cingrani, Hutchison, Kazmir, Rodney, Brothers, Santos, Kimbrel appearances.

Its been a fun week for my pitching.

Hey guys, pretty cool chrome app here...https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fantasylink/pghfoglbgdeknkjcmilhkidfdkgenfdi?hl=en

Adds a link to baseball reference and fangraphs right beside your players name in Yahoo. For a fangraphsdotcom guy like myself, I find it really useful

Great tool for JFaS's WAR league.

I've been putting off switching to Chrome for years. I think I might actually make the switch now because of this.
