I just looked it over and I see about 22 solid options. I might have interest in 2 of those cuts since my 20th keeper sucks.

He should have moved some people. Unless he makes some moves he'll end up cutting guys that had trade value.

 

It's pretty much too late to find a trade partner. He can recoup some late draft picks maybe but that's probably it.

I doubt he cuts Salty. Even after moving to a worse ballpark and weaker national league lineup, he's still a top 20 catching option.

Damn it's hard to find the 7th. I guess it does come down to Salty vs Clippard. But how can a competing team cut Salty and roll with Grandal as their only catching option? That's a lot of uncertainty (not entirely sure on the Grandal situation right now -- is he good to go?)

He needs to cut 8, not 7. Grandal might be ready for opening day but it seems unlikely. I like him a lot better than Salty when he's playing though.

Salty is one of the guys I think he could have traded - I got a mid-round pick for John Jaso. He probably could have also had a return on Wandy.

To be honest I don't think he ever saw it. It was when he was in Denmark and I never got a reply. It was a pretty bad offer though. I only offered it because I anticipated him having to cut Wandy and wanted to see if he would move him for anything.
