Boxy's ace Cory Luebke done for the season.

BURN. That was basically half of what he got back for Ryan Zimmerman (via Gary Sanchez).

The #31 pick was acquired from Dinger for Huston Street, who is now with... yes, King Kat.

Zimm + Lester for J-Fern

I also flipped Infante soon after to Hurl lol. And Lester was recently flipped to BTS.

You could make quite the flow chart with this.

Do it! It would be epic.

I think you should give me Fernandez for the two picks I got in the Luebke deal. So it looks like it led to an even greater return.

I will after work. You can do a lot with the picks.

Somehow Dinger ended up with the #83 pick that I sent to Boxy, and drafted Mike Foltynewicz, who is now with jays_fever.

Somehow BTS wound up with my 3rd rounder in that Boxy deal. No idea how.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it.

To Boxy:

Matt Harvey

#16 MiLB

To BTS:

Ryan Braun

#24 waiver

#60 MiLB

Who knew it would lead to such a blockbuster.

What's funny is that Sanchez was then traded for Crick who we all know has been passed around alot. If your incorporate the Sanchez Crick parts of it.. it will be huge.

As a guilty party, I'd like to thank the admins who have to connect the dizzying array of dots in these deals, heh.

The new spreadsheet really helps. Probably my best idea ever, in anything.

I'm thinking we'll track prospects on it during the season instead of in the commissioner's note on Yahoo.

JW, does anybody download the spreadsheet every once in a while for offline viewing, so we have a backup in case Google gets blown up by extremists terrorists or PETA or something?

So these are the connected DDL trades to date. For optimal viewing, use a full window: http://i.imgur.com/MLcFeha.png There are quite a few players who lead back to themselves, sometimes after as many as 15 trades.

The first team listed in a trade arrow is the team that gave up the players whose lines point to the trade arrow. The second team listed gave up the players who the trade arrow lines point to.

If you are going to complete a trade today, it will very likely fit into this map somehow. To avoid it you have to be very careful to only trade and receive native players/picks... and then you and your trade partners must never trade those players again.

The only significant player loop not connected is Ervin Santana's. He's been traded a few times with many pieces involved but none have provided a link. It's only a matter of time until it links up though lol.

Give me Chris Carter for Ervin Santana right now and it all links together.

It's 2 AM on a Thursday night. I sign into the DDL google docs to check up on a few things, and there are 3 other viewers. This is why I love you guys.
