This game is a perfect example of Carlyle's "great defensive system". It doesn't f***ing exist. This team defense is horrifyingly bad. It's no different from the Wilson years. Only difference is better goaltending.

Its almost as if caryle goes out of his way to avoid playing to his teams strengths. The team has great skaters..who he urges to constantly dump the puck deep and grind it out defensively.. Just because
