What a luxury the B's have with 2 goalies of this caliber. They certainly have that edge in tenders.

That was a wicked shot by Tavares. Even though the first PP goal was disallowed, it *feels* like momentum is shifting as if it was two goals in a minute. Problem is Leafs dominate the zone, then Boston gets a quick but strong chance the other way. So far no damage.

Leafs definitely feel like they have the momentum like DP just said after the Tavares PP goal and the disallowed goal in that 2 minute span.

 

Get the sense this game goes into OT.

I’m going to the Jays game Saturday and probably staying over with a couple buddies. Is there anywhere someone can suggest to watch the Leafs game? Or will it be too insane I’d be better watching it at the Airbnb?

I would imagine places downtown near the Scotia Arena will be packed.

 

If you maybe walk a little further away from the Scotia Arena and Rogers Centre, might be a bit better. I would definitely either look at Earl's on King or Joey's at the Eaton Centre. Both places have a lot of TV's around the bar and decent food options as well. Earl's will have a happy hour after 9PM, so that's a plus. See if you could make reservations.

 

If you want to avoid crowds, then yeah just hit up an LCBO and some Uber Eats/Skip the Dishes and chill at your AirBNB. Just make sure they have cable or Fibe TV to get the Leafs game lol.

Cool, enjoy man. Downtown TO will be nuts on a Saturday night Leaf game, especially after a Jays game as well. BP isn't a bad place to watch a game, just need to get a bit away from the DT core. Personally, you'd guys would be better off watching the game at the Airbnb, you can always go out after the game for drinks as well, regardless enjoy the night. The bars WILL be literally a zoo.

Didn't see that penalty but Bertuzzi seems like an idiot

 

He took a dive right before Boston's first goal. Could have got called for embellishment. Refs start to call you differently when you do stuff like that
