He hasn't been completely terrible this year, ya his defense stinks terribly, but he has a 92 wRC+ compared to last year's 49. He can really only be a DH now, but then again DH's should have a 100+ wRC+ to be worth plugging into DH.

Tino Martinez resigned because three specific Marlin players were being douchebags and wouldn't bother to pick up balls during BP.

 

And while Martinez is right, the guy sure does swear a lot and seems confrontational. What a shame.

In an opp to pimp one of my fantasy players (and I guy I've always liked), it should be noted that even though Jered Weaver gets a lot of hate for being a

glorified "junkballer" nowadays, he's pitched at least 7IP and given up 1 or less runs in 6 of his last 7 starts. Including starts against BOS, STL, DET, and TEX.

Kennedy's overrated and has been garbage this year mostly, but would anyone be interested on buying low on him? Controllable for a couple more years.
