The clip doesn't show the pitch before. Looked like a strike. Burnett visibly unhappy with the call but doesn't say anything. All too common sequence where ump is thinking "FU pitcher. I'm calling the next pitch a ball no matter where you throw it". And then ejects when people complain.

These umps are just wanting the spotlight. Its awful some of the calls, ejections this season. Just ridiculous.

Meanwhile in Seattle, Mark Parent(Chisox bench coach) just got the heave for arguing balls and strikes from the bench. Dale Scott being in the middle of an ejection, who'd of thought?

Puig had a nice debut going 2 for 4 and throwing out Denorfia from the warning track at first on the fly to end the game on a DP. Strong arm man....Wow!
