He's definitely priority number 1 but I'd be curious how they'd manage to make that work since almost all our best pitching prospects are already in Vancouver. Robberse, Dallas, Palmer, Kloff. They seem to want Paulino and Gregory stretched out as well. If they promoted Tiedemann that would basically be all our good pitching prospects in the same rotation, and 7 starters, none of which are ready to be promoted.
If they deem Ricky ready then he moves up and you make everything else work, it might just put a squeeze on some other good prospects.
