  1. Holy s***... wtf did Alomar actually do? The way they're treating this, he should be getting arrested no?
  2. The reason why I put him 9th is because the difference between him and anyone else at the bottom is miniscule currently. Because of that, I thought using the "turning the lineup over" thing doesn't hurt us and actually works best. If he becomes clearly better than the others around him in the lineup then move him up for sure. Like I wouldn't put Jansen ahead of him. There are also no other Lefties to break up either.
  3. With them demoting Tellez, feel like that won't happen for a week or two. At least all the right bats are in the lineup now.
  4. I'd go with the following but going to assume Girchuk might be 5th and Biggio 7th DH Springer SS Bo 1B Vlad RF Teo 2B Semien CF Grichuk LF Gurriel C Kirk 3B Biggio
  5. Wooooooooooooo. Can't wait to see the lineup on paper today.
  6. Damn... look at the pull Joe Panik has lol
  7. He should at least take the last huge deal he's going to get. Can't see him passing up the remaining 12M.
  8. Ohtani has been so great man. Hope he can find a way to stay healthy and do both at a high level. P.S. why the heck can't I hit with Ohtani in MLB the Show. Looks like they only made him playable as a pitcher.
  9. I said he is really valuable but just not as a player who is full time at a particular position. 2B is his best chance to carve that role but guys like him get upgraded upon pretty easily. Heck, Bo can be moved to 2B if we end up landing a SS in the upcoming offseason. His ceiling could be a Ben Zobrist type who was pretty damn good so not all is lost if he doesn't stick somewhere full time.
  10. Gonna wonder at what point we stop trotting Jansen out there. We're giving him every chance to not suck.
  11. I'm sure the team would have loved him to play 3B with Biggio remaining at 2B from the start. He's playing for a huge contract and doubt he moves to a spot he doesn't think he can be great at. Not worth risking $$ from his perspective even though I'd love it as a Blue Jays fan.
  12. I think he has a lot of value as your 10th man. I do not see a full time position for him in his future. 2B is his only chance if he gets better at it at the moment. Things can change though.
  13. There's a reason why he's not used to any position because he's average to below average at all of them. He'll need to get used to playing all over if he plans to stick it out in the bigs.
  14. Or maybe Biggio just isn't good enough to play any position full time in the bigs? Let's not pretend like he's some gold glove 2B either. It's the position he sucks at the least.
  15. How did Biggio not catch that? What a pathetic effort.
  16. Yes Gurriel. You can't have Panik batting before you under any circumstance.
  17. I have no idea how that ball dropped. Grichuk reacted slowly and is probably the slowest CF in the majors. It's not his position but he's done pretty well there for the most part so I won't go that far.
  18. We should be using Semien there until then but whatever.
