It's all about splitting up the 2 lefties in the lineup even though i disagree with putting an inferior batter above another based on that. Our lineup doesn't even have Chapman and Kirk in there and it still looks damn good!

Agree in normally instances but mathematically speaking, Biggio is barely batting above .100. I'm sure pretty sure the odds of a bunt and scoring were better than a Biggio double. Anyways.... great inning!!!

I think most expect him to go back to the 8/9 spot. With everyone sucking at the plate, it makes sense to milk everything we can while the others hopefully regain their hitting skills.

Yup... this is clearly a front office decision on how to manage their pitchers. We all remember the Tampa Bay Wild Card game when we removed Shoemaker and Ray early only to bring in AJ f***ing Cole and how our front office reacted to the backlash.
