Swanson lost his high leverage role with the Mariners in the 2nd half towards the end of the season. He didn't even appear in a playoff game against us... Maybe fatigue... Regardless, Jays need to learn from history...

You put Varsho in LF and move Merrifield to 2b and pull Espinal. Espinal sucks at bat and on D and you just took your best hitter these days out of the game with a very close game on the road... Merrifield is also our best 2b on D.
