    I think it is time to trade Vlad for the value we can get.. The value will be less as he gets closer to FA and fatter/starts developing knee and back issues etc.. It would also be a culture move. It is not working with Vlad as our "star".

    People need to realize nobody wanted Kirk for anything worth while... I hear this so much, why didn't we trade Kirk!!??... You can't trade something for something no one wants...

    The team never had a long winning streak all year, even with the SPs we have. We couldn't win a clinching game against a team that had nothing to play for and started scrubs in a bull pen game. A Tiger doesn't change it stripes... Bo has not shown, the ability to play solid D in the playoffs and let himself get caught up in the moment and some bad ABs at key times even thought he did get a bunch of hits. Vlad has not shown he is a leader and a star player. Offense, defense and base running. Biggio batting 5th for a playoff game is a major roster construction issue. Varsho succumbing to the pressure and doing something he never does on D. Did no one learn from taking Snell out of the Rays game?? FFS??? The hitting coaches need to go for no other reason then to flush the stench.

    It means you don't have to score as many runs, or if you have a 5 run lead you should be able to keep it. But yea, doesn't score any runs for you.

    No margin for error in the playoffs for dumb ass base running and errors. Teams need their superstars to rise to the occasion in the playoffs, not f*** them...

    Runs always get harder to come by in the playoffs.. Not quite sure why people thought we could score in the playoffs when we couldn't even score regular season games.

    I have MLB TV. Games are not available unless you buy a separate package for the playoffs but you still need a cable provider. Same with apps like ESPN. You need a cable provider.

    When you have a lead off runner on, you need to at the very least move that f***er over to 3rd before the inning is over... Listening on the radio (f*** you MLB) but the Jays announcer was saying Bo had a really long swing outside his area of strength and trying to hit a HR his last AB instead on just moving it down the line.

    Probably going to hinge on if they prefaced it with the word, "allegedly" or wrote it as a statement of fact. I am hoping the latter just to see them get their just desserts.

    In Bauer's case the physical aspect had supposedly already occurred, not just threats, and she still couldn't get a TRO.

    Don't spend hard earned Loonies to breach a pay wall for expert assessment of this H2H match up. I am going to give it to you here free. Vlad jr Vlad jr Vlad jr Vlad needs to step up and play like a star or this will be a short lived series. Unfortunately, I have my doubts... However, I am hoping I will be pleasantly surprised. Go Jays Go!! LFG!!!!!!!

    I mentioned this 1000 posts ago. However the point he makes about the restraining order not being granted is what told me this is BS back when that first came out. Bauer is spot on about the low burden of proof/evidence required for judge to grant a Temp restraining order (TRO). If she can't even get a TRO, unlikely there will be probable cause to charge him criminally and oh looky looky he was not. In addition while the burden of proof is more than a TRO in a civil case, but much less than a criminal case and she takes a loss there as well. All three of those factual events tell me that in all probability, the video and texts and Bauer's versions of the events are accurate.

    The Twins are due also.. Reminds me of 2016 when we were all chomping at the bit to play the Indians. That didn’t work out so well.
