    What is the best mix of SP vs RP to have in available ML slots when the season starts in a Dynasty 7x7 HTH league? In other words, 7 SP s and 5 RPs? (Not sure how many reserve spots there are in season on the 25 for pitchers. However, I hope you understand my question. Thanks in advance.

    I have a strong gut feeling that the Jays will not go into the High School ranks with their first pick. I just see it being too risky and a long term investment for the the best pick we have had in a long time. We have a new Scouting Director, Shatkins, with no extensions yet and the perception that this is a year with less wiggle room as far as overall performance then last year.

    This is what BTS wrote me: It's 32 keepers, of which 18-22 can be MLB players and the remainder are green flags on your farm. I am not sure the exact date, but everyone was saying end of Feb/March I believe.

    Hey Scrooge. Based on your reading comprehension you are a very low IQ individual. The stats were in a reply to a post that said zero evidence he could regress, not to you or in general. You don’t post anything intelligent baseball related on one side of a debate or another. You post, moran, f*** off etc. You are the sober version of drunk Spanky, except I actually like Spanky and he contributes baseball related content. People are using the fact he finished high in Cy Young voting and that his age and velocity don’t matter because his stuff ages well. My point about Dickey is that he won the Cy Young, not just a runner up, and I heard the same thing about Dickey and he didn’t work out so well. Try getting laid or something Dude, you are a very angry poster. It is Christmas, we are supposed to spread goodwill and cheer. Merry Christmas!

    Martin was sent packing because he sucked. His skills had degraded, he was blocking a few of our young guys. I can’t recall if we got any salary relief? However, we were paying boo coup dollars from a back loaded contract for a guy who was past his prime. Not a fan of rostering any catcher just because of one pitcher. Hated, hated the Thole/Dickey situation. Back then only 25 roster spots and you were basically playing with a 24 man roster apart from every fifth day since Thole sucked and would not be back up if not for Dickey.

    I think these things about the Korean community and Toronto etc are way overblown and not based on reality. Ryu is a Boras client. Name one Boras client who took less money because of peripheral factors apart from winning team, promotional earnings ability or maybe playing time in a rebuilding year for the player. Boras clients go where the money is, he does not permit any less and the Jays are where the $$$ were in this case.
