I honestly don't remember two weeks in a row like this. It still doesn't make sense to lose a key Friday night and that demo. Schedule a four game series and the off day on Monday if need be. If it rains, game 2 becomes 1 and game 4 gets played on a Monday. Or Have opening day on a Wednesday the Thursday is a the "rain" day and you have your league playing baseball on a Friday night when kids actually can stay up to watch it, adults can finally sit down an watch it, so you don't lose that key weekend night to an NBA or NHL game etc.. Missing two Fridays in a row to get your season kicked off, or basically starting, stopping, starting stopping is not logical to me from a business/commercial/fan perspective. By the way, how is your boy Roark and your WHAT,!!!?? The Jays signed him to a two year $24 million dollar contract, he CAN"T suck, how dare you say he will be a bomb! I must have been new to baseball....

Why are there so many teams off on a Friday??? I have never ever seen an off day for Teams on a Friday.. This year, I thought the opening on a Thursday, off day on a Friday and resume the series on a Saturday was the stupidest thing ever. Now a Friday in the regular season with an off day for multiple teams. MLB really has to be the stupidest league by far...Between this and other recent decisions, the way they handle social media etc...

Well, I thought our pitching sucked prior to Pearson and Yates going down. As excited as I was about Springer and Semien etc.. I thought we would be hovering around .500. Now, I am not anymore optimistic..

Agree with this 100% when it comes to LGjr. I have noticed it to start the season, or when he comes off the IL. He is a player, much like EE used to be, who needs time to warm up.

I am in a league where they expand the roster to 30 or something for the draft. You have a roster max date pre-draft. For the draft the admin expands the rosters. If you drop a player during the draft you have to post the name on the board. Then after the draft you have X day/hours to drop that player or you are in violation. The only thing in this case, is that those players dropped during that draft, are not eligible to be taken until the draft is over. Just food for thought.

First off I very much appreciate all the work you and the other admins do. Especially during draft and cuts. I think we all realize it is a lot of work, that you do voluntarily, and I think I speak for the whole league when I say we really appreciate it! My only opposition is the #1. As it is written now, it takes away your ability to decide which players of value you want to keep on your team. Let's say there are 10 prospects you have identified that have more internal value then guys already on your roster. I drop a bunch of guys prior to the draft and all 10 targets I identified have been taken before it gets to my pick/s. Now all that is left are guys I don't value internally as much as I do the guys I had to cut. It is like the 40 man in MLB. Teams are not going to cut guys from the 40 prior to FA, they might have some names in mind if they sign Springer, Bauer, Semien etc, but until that contract is signed, you are not going to pre-cut 5 guys from the 40 in case you sign some FAs.. So again, thanks for all you guys do, much appreciated. I just am not in agreement with point #1. Thanks!

I appreciate the excellent analysis, thank you. I did the trade yesterday. He will not be playing in the 2021 season due to his injury and the league I had him has 13 max minors spots. We are in the middle of a draft and I have a bunch of first to third rnd pics and it just not seem like good roster management to use that space for an IL guy another year. Even before his injury, I would get very few inquiries or offers for Lewis. People wanted everyone else I had, many “ranked” way lower, but for some reason, he did not garner the interest of his rankings.

Issac Paredes and Luis Garcia (Astros SP/RP) who I actually like. I also need a back up/depth 3b for my MLB roster which Paredes offers since he is supposed to be the Tigers starting 3b.

I have Royce Lewis in a Dynasty league.. Only 13 max MILB roster. I am not sure if rostering him for another year is an efficient use of space. I have had some offers, but, I am having a hard time assessing value on him. What type of return do you think is fair for me? Thanks
