  1. The offer needs to be impressive ( ie a tad high) in order for us to consider moving Stroman.
  2. Yeah one of their top position prospects along with Sixto before we even get into secondary pieces like Kilome.
  3. Aw shucks you guys are too kind!
  4. f*** sorry to hear that brother
  5. I still remember some of the wise offers when I first joined the LoD, I've spent the last year trying to reciprocate.
  6. Only seems fair
  7. I'll take it, kind of like the idea of building a young team. I'm really tied up for the next two days and then I'm off for Xmas break and will have lots of time to get started.
  8. It shouldn't be that difficult to become a small town girl in this day and age. Property values are generally cheaper in most rural areas and the savings could be used towards reassignment surgery if needed. Pretty good dip though.
  9. Did you start this thread so that you don't have to keep spamming this opinion in every other discussion?
  10. Not much else to talk about haha
  11. I just assumed he was atleast 6'2
  12. I'd much rather continue to pay Tulo than have him kill the value of one of our top assets in a trade.

  14. Definitely. Would want at least one of their intriguing MLB ready (or close) bats along with Sixto and probably some other goodies. They definitely have the ammo to pry a good pitcher away if they're willing to pay up.
  15. We don't know if he's even willing to ship out to the West coast at this point in his career. We don't know what his driving motivators are. Surely his first choice would be to remain a Yankee, but if they acquire another SP and don't have room to offer a surefire rotation spot, that could perhaps steer CC elsewhere.
  16. He can eat steady innings. Nothing spectacular but he keeps the ball on the ground and would likely be a solid #5. Also provides a veteran mentor to the pitching staff, maybe he can teach Stro to dial back on the douchiness.
  17. .....why?
  18. Classy move for sure.
  19. http://78.media.tumblr.com/6d819dd46c3652d6eeac731a0b243575/tumblr_ojwqha9GEy1rsojgyo1_r2_500.gif
  20. http://toronto.locals.baseballprospectus.com/2017/09/20/blue-jays-2017-farm-system-in-review-the-pitchers/ "Another converted position player (like Carlos Ramirez), he reached A ball in the Seattle system, and landed briefly on Colorado’s AA squad this year but was released in May. The Jays signed him and dropped him into the GCL to learn to pitch and, well, he’s apparently a quicker study than Ramirez (who took a couple of years to master location). In 15 IP over nine appearances he surrendered six hits and five walks – and struck out 23. If there’s a guy in the system who could wear three or four different uniforms next year, it is probably this guy.
  21. Just run out Hamilton and Pillar as a two man OF? Duvall - mashes tater bombs, barely walks at all, good/great LF defense....am I missing anything?
  22. On my phone it looks like a face whenever I first glance at it, keeps making me do a double take, gonna need a new one.
  23. Jimenez has definitely slipped my radar to this point, sounds like a pretty interesting project.
  24. Looking at the list I would expect him to get snapped up before we get the chance but who knows. On an unrelated sidenote, does anyone else see a random face in the middle of my display pic that is actually just Osuna and Martin's hands?
