    Don’t think you will see anyone other then Roki tonight. Trying to spark something was likely the right call.

    Keep battling. Stay on the sticks and get back into that Bullpen. Going to LA up 2-0 would be massive. Forces them back to Toronto no matter what. Winning in LA is tough and they will be early evening games in the sun and shadows. Dramatically different feel to these games in Toronto.

    The thought of Bo playing his first action at 2B in over 6 years in the World Series is a bizarre scenario to imagine. I would think if he’s healthy enough to play the field they will just put him at Shortstop: The big news is yes they bring him back as the DH he doesn’t have to field. They might just have him alternate DH and SS.

    It sucks that the average fan has been priced out of these tickets. Is it possible for people to splurge a little bit yes but when you can get a 65 inch 4K TV for $500 bucks I debate if it’s worth it. This run is outstanding for payroll implications. Rogers has seen more than enough people will spend under these circumstances. And that’s good enough for them. I would love to go to these games. I have debated coming home and doing it the entire run. But I’m comfortable watching them on TV. Crazy that I could fly home. Rent a car for less than what I can purchase the tickets for lol.

    Anyone who thinks the Jays won’t keep spending is clueless. Rogers loves money. And the Blue Jays being good and going deep into the playoffs is basically printing money. The amount of merch and revenue they heve sold and generated this run alone is off the charts. They will be in on every major free agent including Murakami. Toronto will be in the spotlight of the major Japanese media contingent that will be coming on through.

    The thing about Robbie Alomar is he will never be celebrated by the organization again. So his heroics will never be spoken of again. They even unretired his jersey and pretend like he doesn’t exist: That Springer homerun will live on forever.

    Dodgers bullpen is dog s***. Why do you automatically assume they win that category. Jays isn’t good but Dodgers are easily worse. Got a little more passable with Roki. But if the Jays get to the Starters it will be a lot more exposed.
