Oh so McGuire is starting weird both Jays twitter, and my phone notifications said Jansen. Makes sense though. Expecting to see a way better Shoemaker today.

Same lineup and is even starting Jansen in a day game after a night game. That’s actually pretty shocking.

Last thing we need is another player with an inconsistent bat. If we are adding a veteran outfielder. Which they should. Tons of better options like George Springer for one. Free agent Outfield list is pretty decent. Wouldn’t mind adding Brantley as LF/DH as well.

Between the exhibition games and tonight’s start. That’s 7 shutout innings for Godly against the Jays. A guy that’s hitting 87 MPH without good command and was released by the Detroit Tigers last season.

If he did I missed it. They kept showing him in the dugout seemingly standing in the same spot. You can’t just turn around and say something. You gotta go talk to him. Montoyo just has those Deer in a Headlights look everytime something goes down.

Can’t believe that lineup card mistake is still being talked about and being defended. Who gives a f*** what the rule is... he’s done like 30 things already this season that are incredibly stupid and should be justifiably fired for. Guy is a moron plain and simple. -
Vlad had his best game of the season last night so his reward was falling down further in the lineup lol. I could understand wanting a L, R, L dynamic but when you put 4 RHH’s in a row right after Shaw does it really matter lol. If Shaw is back to being the good version of Shaw I’m fine with him hitting third. But just pretty funny how today’s lineup worked out. He ditched having talent in the 8th slot after one game!

I would say you might want to get in shape so you f*** girls on road trips. But hes 21 and already has 2 kids so apparently he’s having fat sex in the off-season. Still dude if I had that much talent I would want to be absolutely jacked and chiseled. I would want to wear my uniform all tight like Stanton and f*** Baseball’s and Models.

Its on Vlad. They can’t tell him to get in shape they can try to take things away from him. But he will never be in good shape unless he wants it for himself. Which is mind blowing to me that he seemingly doesn’t care. Nobody wants to be fat but eating healthy and exercising is difficult when you’re busy. This guy has access to personal chefs, personal trainers, nutritionists that will set up all his meal plans if he wants. He just orders fast food to his room instead.

Would be shocked if let Borucki pitch back to back nights. He probably should have stayed in but you could also say using him when they did was a poor decision as well. Either way probably the last time we see WaguesBeak for awhile.

The more you watch this team the more you realize how far away they are from contending. Maybe we sneak into the playoffs because the division looks like it’s going to be pretty weak outside of the Yankees. But you also have to expect the Rays to start pitching well. They just aren’t there. I don’t see it.
