    I’m kinda shocked they promoted him but look forward to seeing him. I support the decision to not have him debut vs DeGrom. DeGrom is going to absolutely throat f*** this lineup and he doesn’t need to be subjected to that.

    Roark is probably not the right guy to say it but somebody needed to say it. Starters need to be allowed to go deeper into starts plain and simple. The Stripling move could have easily worked out it didn’t. Stripling should probably be starting over Roark though at this point.

    I understand this team has injuries but he put a very non competitive lineup together tonight. You just can’t sit Gurriel after losing Hernandez and Tellez in the same week. Absolute zero excuse with an off-day coming up. Biggio and Gurriel should be hitting 1 and 2 every night until Bo is back. Hopefully that’s Friday but who knows.

    Probably gave up on Vogelbach to soon. Would have given Smoak a look. It would be nice if we had any kind of impact prospect ready to play in Rochester but we don’t.

    I have officially given up on Reid-Foley in any role. Everytime I see that prospect spreadsheet from 2017 it depresses me.

    Grichuk is what he is. A very streaky Power Hitter and decent OF Defense. Is that worth $9.3 million for the next 3 years probably? But he can’t ’t hit this high in the lineup. This lineup sucks tonight tho. Not much you can do. But low on base and tons of swing and miss can’t hit higher than 5th. I have no idea why Gurriel isn’t playing tonight. Giving your hottest hitter 2 full days off seems really f***ing dumb unless hes hurt.

    Stripling has been s*** so far. But his track record suggests he will be good before long. Not that worried about it. They need to start him every 5 days though. Him coming out of the pen instead of starting the next game is very annoying.

    LA is overrated. Its hot as balls, half the year its on fire and the people there are douche bags. I would rather live in Maine.

    If you would have told me Dolis was closing in September at the beginning of the year. I would have assumed Giles got traded and we were 15 games under .500 but here we are.

    I’m sorry Spank but you don’t have the right calling anyone a white hick being from Oshawa. That town is mostly white trash and extremely racist. I hear Oshawa people talk the way you did the other night all the time and its sad. Oshawa bars are full of racist and homophobic slurs by a 90% white demographic. Anyone who isn’t white knows to stay far away and go closer to Toronto where they feel way more comfortable
