f*** this game already. 3 bloop singles. Thornton hasn’t pitched in 3 weeks and is getting screwed. Imagine we lose Alford because they needed to activate Thornton who couldn’t get out of the first inning. Just terrible roster management.

Honestly considering the extra roster spots this season. Was pretty stupid to not keep him as a pinch runner. But at rhe same time be can’t hit fastballs over 93 MPH. -

If a CF is shallow and dives for a ball and misses and the ball rolls 90 feet to the wall he has a shot. But even then he might not have the stamina to make that trip around the bases. Might be finishing that trot on all fours.
