    Tbh most of the Dickey bad feeling had way more to do with Noah Syndergaard. In a vacuum Dickey was fine for us. Got easier once Syndergaard flamed out.

    The thing is when I look at the standings. 2 teams got substantially worse in Detroit and Baltimore. None of those teams ahead of us are particularly good to begin with. A game over .500 is currently holding down the third wild card spot. But unless Vlad starts playing even close to what he’s capable of it’s all kinda moot. Springer and Kirk have got it going but we need that third hot bat. We need Vlad or someone else to emerge.
