    This is the game in the series we need to win. Tomorrow’s matchup not ideal.

    You can eat delicious meals on a diet. Especially an athlete. It’s all about hitting your macros. Lots of help available out there available for him if he’s ready to put the work in. Can completely transform his body in 8-12 months. Start seeing great results in as little as 3.

    No you get fatter eating salads because you’re still hungry later and clean out you cabinets. He could absolutely enjoy lean cuts of steak most nights.

    He doesn’t need to eat salad to get healthy. He just needs to be at a slight calorie deficit, get on great resistance program. And up his protein and water consumption. The weight will fly off. Jays should get him a personal chef. Make sure he’s never hungry leading to binge and still eating things he enjoys. Diets fail because people think they need to force feed themselves Salad or worse starve themselves.

    What’s even more annoying is knowing how good it would be to have Tellez still on this team for a lefty bat with power. And legit depth option. Could have saved a ton of wasted at-bats

    I keep hearing the broadcast team mention that Nate Pearson needs to “earn his spot back”. I want to know how the piles of s*** coming out of the pen now have earned anything. I don’t want Nate Pearson wasting bullets in Triple-A. If he’s healthy and ready to pitch. Bring him up. He couldn’t possibly be worse than what’s currently being trotted out.

    They don’t seem to want to spend any money on it and think they put together one off the scrap heap because it worked once. But in reality other teams have put a focus in the bullpen. And Yankees are constantly adding to theirs. Maybe its a development issue as well because our failed starters aren’t translating to the bullpen either. Need a renewed focus on velocity and swing and miss.

    Its time for Shatkins philosophy on the pen to change. Sure its nice to have cool stories like David Phelps. But you need guys who throw hard and miss bats late in games. Good hitters just make you pay in clutch situations.

    The back of the pen guys the Yankees will use tonight to finish this game will be comparable to our top guys. Outside of Cimber, Mayza, and Romero (although less recently) I’m usually nervous as f*** in a close game.

    I’m very aware of who is in the Blue Jays bullpen yes. My eyes bleed regularly.

    It was an issue going into the season. It remains an issue now. I don’t know how much longer you can wait. Its a pretty good chance we get one of the wild card spots now that there’s 3 but we can’t just be punting games to first place. Especially at home.

    A move needs to be made like every night it’s the same problem

    This bullpen is f***ing embarrassing. They just get their s*** kicked in on a nightly basis.

    This is what happens when you don’t have swing and miss out of your bullpen. Our pen gives up a ton of contact and homeruns. Abysmal swing and miss and strikeout numbers.

    Mountcastle is Babe Ruth against the Jays and fringe to average against the rest of the league lol.

    This is honestly what I thought they would do. Tapia didn’t really fit what the Jays were trying to do. But I guess they felt they might be able to fix him. My issue is how much he has played more so that he’s on the roster.

    Springer is over DHing as is. Like day games after night games I get. But it’s excessive especially when they are both weakening the lineup and defense with Tapia in CF. Kirk and Espinal need to be in the lineup everyday at this point no excuses

    Against the Orioles that’s the equivalent of 3 in 20 innings against another squad

    I wonder if there’s anywhere we could dump Kikuchi. The Angels are pretty dumb right. Gotta be a bitch somewhere.

    I wouldn’t mind Frankie Montas I just don’t think they should unload the farm for him. If they want like Groshans, and Lopez, and some more lower level prospects cool. But we know they want Moreno and Ricky and I just don’t know if that’s the play. Maybe with an extension.
