    Well he’s got to prove it first. He was an absolute disaster and got his s*** kicked in a lot last year. It’s hard to be confident about a bounce back. Hopefully it happens though.

    A lot of negative opinions but still wondering what he’s guilty of. Is he cocky? Yes. Is he over the top? Probably. Apparently likes to have consensual kinky rough sex in his free time. Why anyone should care about that blows my mind. Like he literally posted tweets of her asking for it. You know there’s girls on tinder full on asking dudes to choke them out in their bios lol. Its not for me but I don’t give a f*** what people do behind closed doors.

    This team is much deeper, more balanced, and has more ways to hurt you. I think overall it should be better.

    In the end I’m glad he didn’t end up with the Mets. And he will continue to play Shortstop.

    People forget how Liberal Toronto is. The moment there’s even a whisper the Jays would think about signing Bauer it would be absolutely shut down. Twitter and Facebook would see record traffic numbers. But f*** it would be so sick if they did it.

    I would love having Bauer on this team. But this is where being the Canadian team backfires. Our management would be basically crucified for signing him. He will probably get work in Texas.

    Apparently Oakland is looking to make more moves. I know he’s coming off a down season but Ramon Laureano still appeals to me although he’s less needed than before.

    Seems like whenever people are down on the Rays they have their best season. Writers aren’t falling for that s*** anymore.

    I’m just happy to see free weights behind him. I remember a couple off-seasons ago he said he never touched a weight in his life.

    It would be lovely if they just balanced the schedule. None of Baseball’s rivalries are that interesting. Especially right now Yankees vs Red Sox Red Sox probably lose 100 games this year. Cardinals vs Cubs Cubs suck It’s pretty much just Atlanta vs Mets and Dodgers vs Padres. Rivalries are made in the playoffs.

    He does have very awkward running mechanics but he does move and gets to everything hit to him in the Outfield.

    Lets keep in mind Varsho produced a .553 OPS vs Lefties last season. If he wants to play against them everyday that better dramatically improve because that’s absolutely putrid.

    I don’t think another Starter is coming. They seem locked in on Kikuchi.

    Probably a built in fail safe incase they needed a couple extra weeks for the renovation project at the Stadium. I’m sure it will be complete well ahead of time. But makes sense.

    Dick Mountain keeps on riding.

    It appears Merrifield will get the lion share of Second Base with Espinal getting starts vs LHP. Frees up Merrifield for the Outfield. They will also want to move Biggio around 2B and the corner OF spots. I don’t think Merrifield will play every single day however and he’s going to have to hit to play because there’s a lot of competition for that spot.

    That’s one option but would also be nice to have another Outfielder.

    I’m officially signed up. I will buy Terminator tickets the day they retire his jersey. I want him to have a front row seat for the moment.
