  1. Usually I think JS over manages but that was absolutely the right decision. Teo massacre's left-handed pitching. He looks like he is swinging a pool noodle vs righties this year.
  2. It makes my heart happy that Trevor Richards was able to finally find himself here. I was worried it was going to be somewhere else.
  3. Looked fantastic tonight but yea that bullpen move has to be made. Sucks that infield single happened. Might have been able to finish the inning
  4. Hopefully this rotation competition brings out the most of them. But I don't think they go to a 6-man. Unless Manoah looks good Sunday.
  5. No shot lol. They will get a couple lottery tickets at the most.
  6. I was mostly joking. I suggested Macko being he was in the original trade lol. They aren't getting that much more though.
  7. I ask that question every time Varsho plays over him. Guess they are trying to keep him healthy.
  8. Bro just throw the ball to first. Why even try to tag him.
  9. He's a pure rental and has struggled immensely against right-handed pitching this season. Don't think he would as expensive as you think.
  10. I think that will be 2 best positions. He can play SS and 3B but not his strengths. I would disappointed if he ended up in RF though. I would like to see if he can stay on the Infield. He has enough arm to play 3B.
  11. We could send them back Macko for Teo. Teo would fit the need of an OF that can hit Lefties.
  12. He also said he wants to play for Blue Jays again today on the radio lol
  13. Any at-bat that results in a strikeout isn’t a good at-bat. Especially when you swing at a pitch 17 inches off the plate.
  14. Seattle fans are so salty lol
  15. Absolutely. I suggested this a couple weeks ago actually. I think we could trade from the reliever depth especially the younger ones who might be seen with more upside to get a bigger deal done.
  16. His average fastball was 88.4 MPH but he hit 90 once again a few times. The good news is he reached his desired pitch count which was exactly 85 He's now ready to join the Big League Rotation.
  17. I would love to see the biggest Jays crowd turnout ever.
  18. Almost like he hasn’t missed a best despite missing 14 months.
  19. Lol no shot. Thornton sucks we have been down this road many times. If he carves himself out a half decent big league career going forward kudos to him. Jays are aiming higher.
  20. But the Shermantor told us he was done. And we were Infact stupid to waste a one year contract on him.
  21. You do make a lot of good points and agree with most of it. This is very difficult market to rebuild in especially coming off those playoff teams. But if they had just rebuilt and sold high on Donaldson among others we would probably be a much better team today. This fan base doesn’t know what’s good for them. I felt the writing was on the wall but they wanted asses in the seats more than anything else.
  22. If he throws four pitches as a reliever and struggles with command that's obviously an easy fix to cut him down to 2 with maybe an occasional use of a third pitch. He obviously has velocity. He's got whiff in his career except for last year which was a bit of weird year but he's back to getting whiff this year. Obviously some stuff to work with there. And they basically get to take a long look at him until the end of next Spring to see if they can figure it out.
