    Orelvis Martinez is playing Second Base for the first time in his professional career tonight. Also Bo Bichette is playing SS for Buffalo tonight and he's already 2-2 with a Homer and is hitting .800 on his rehab stint.

    Biggio gets f***ed majorly on a regular basis by umpires. It's basically criminal. At the very least if we can't get robot umpire for the strikezone. The ability to challenge a strike call needs to happen. These terrible called strikes change the course of history. I don't even feel it would slow down the game that much. You ask for a review and they literally have technology that will give them the answer instantly.

    Allegedly Toronto was his #1 choice but Boston blew everyone out of the water. Heard the same story about Kim. He wanted to sign with the Blue Jays but only the Padres were willing to give him a no minors deal. Ended up paying off big time for them.

    Meanwhile in less controversial news but still strange. Marcus Stroman went on the IR with right hip inflammation. Was set to return this week and now has a fractured rib and the team has no idea how it happened but he’s expected to miss the rest of the Season. Should be interesting to find out the details about this one.

    Vladdy should be demoted to Flordia Complex League to fix his swing.

    This isn’t as uncommon as people think. Even in Canada it happens. The biggest difference in this case is money and fame. Not saying its right. But important details rolling out about this were conveniently left out to make him look more guilty. Like for instance them both being underaged wihen the relationship started. The family approval of the relationship. And ultimately the fact that he made an attempt to rectify the situation but than basically got blackmailed for a car and money. And if the ages were 13 and 17 that’s not even worth making a fuss about it. That relationship is basically a 9th grader dating a 12th grader that is literally happening at every high school in your local area. A girl I grew up with got knocked up in Grade 9 by a dude who was about to graduate. Same age gap, 13 and 17. She even went to his prom. Nobody said s***.
