  1. Case in point, Mike Trout. Trout = LeBron James in talent.
  2. That's true. I do hope one of them excels and becomes more than a backup C though.
  3. Wait what? Damn, if you think Jansen becomes a backup C, and he's greater than Pentecost, then the latter must really be a nothing.
  4. Alford struggling mightily and SRF just hasn't shown up. Not sure what's going on with him?
  5. Thanks King
  6. I hope Martin took notes from the Maile/Stroman start and starts calling the 4SM more with 2 strikes. The data in the OP can't be denied.
  7. Yep. Only if we somehow re-sign JD, do I even entertain moving him off 3rd, especially if he continues to improve at it.
  8. It started out worse than this in AA last season from what I remember. He's a notorious slow starter at each level before he makes adjustments.
  9. It's not totally improbable, not sure why you're laughing. They basically have to finish strong in Dunedin by the end of this season, and they're already mashing Lansing. Then they can debut in AA in 2018 and let their performances dictate their call-ups once again.
  10. At this rate, I'm curious if Bo and Vlad end up hitting their way to AAA by season's end 2018.
  11. LOL Bautista.. Every fly ball to right is a circus performance.
  12. Good call with those 3. Brad Jones is a great sleeper pick, as is Danny Jansen.
  13. Those 3 and SRF for me.
  14. Escober trying to flop in baseball lol.
  15. Why does Pearce look so inept so far? It's puzzling to me.
  16. Jays just placed Sanchez on the 10 day DL. Maybe TJ House is coming up?
  17. Yep, for all of Pillar's "magic new approach" talk, he still has has his usual s***** OBP.
  18. That would be a monster. I'd gladly take that. In his prime, with plate discipline, Jones could have been a 6+ WAR player. He was between 4-5, consistently, without it.
  19. If this sample size is indeed a sign of age-decline, it does teach us and further reinforce how important youth is. The likes of Tellez, Vlad Jr, Bo, SRF, Alford, Gurriel Jr, etc can't get here soon enough.
  20. Kind of strange watching a team that actually takes advantage of mistakes..
  21. They're going to be monsters lol. Following their progress is so much fun!
  22. Small sample size aside, Pearce is a far better hitter, so yes he should be positioned to get more ABs than Martin.
  23. They're well-earned.
  24. This is just embarrassing..
