  1. Donaldson, wtf man...
  2. That I don't know for certain. I know the last time I saw him, he had a windup and had trouble controlling it. His control looked great yesterday. I'll try and find his last start and see if I can watch a bit of it to see if had the change then? EDIT: Seems like the stance change happened, at least, 2 starts ago, but he worked much quicker last night. He looked much crisper and his shoulder stayed tight instead of flying open.
  3. Could happen, but the fact that he made technical changes and found immediate success is a good sign. He looked really nasty. 10 swinging k's as well.
  4. I just finished watching his start on MILB. It looks like he changed his stance to help with his control. He now moves into the stretch with no runners on, and works insanely quick.
  5. Wow. That would be nice, but I doubt he'd ok it.
  6. Still, 9.6 K/9 and 2.70 FIP is quite good. Edit: this is actually before his recent start so those have improved.
  7. That's awful man. I hope she recovers and beats it! Same thing happened to my ex's mom, who was basically a 2nd mom to me. She, unfortunately, lost her long fought battle.
  8. That's perfectly fair.
  9. Sure but Bo has just been too damn good for his age/level. It's the old Ceiling vs Floor argument imo. I side with ceiling.
  10. Yeah I could see that. His control is pretty awful!
  11. Behind Bo or Alford? I would consider Bo our #2 but I know some don't.
  12. Meh. If he keeps pitching well, he can reply to every tweet that mentions the name "Marcus" for all I care.
  13. More over, there's a decent chance Bo gets a cup of coffee a year younger than Noda is right now.
  14. If he crushes Dunedin and AA early 2018, the dude could be up next season.
  15. He could K like 35% of the time in the majors, and that's a lot of risk. He could turn into a pumpkin real quick.
  16. I think they will. Imagine if they pull a Tebow and actually dial it up in High A. At that point, I would think they unquestionably begin in AA in 2018.
  17. It's Tabler that puts me to sleep lol.
  18. Yeah. It's good to see that he's mostly ventured away from that philosophy.
  19. Scouts are super conservative with the power tool for everyone, but the way scouts discuss the sound off his bat make it sound like the power ceiling is virtually unlimited.
