  1. 🙏can't wait for Hawkeye Robo Umps in 2024.
  2. Thanks, that's helpful.
  3. Tiedes and Pearson, that's it.
  4. Send down Cimber maybe? He has options, has struggled, and Pop is a similar side armer only is better version with increased velo.
  5. Well whatever they're doing Tiedemann has worked, there's good stuff about Barriera, and Robberse.
  6. The problem is we have a ton of middle relievers and only 1 real high leverage back end guy. This results in a bunch of miscast roles. We really need an arm like Pearson to pan out back there so we have that triple digit high K dude that it seems every BP but ours has.
  7. How is every single hitting prospect we have coming out the gate cold and looking awful with whiffs? Does our performance centre only work for pitchers?
  8. That's actually pretty good compared to some of these Umps this season lol.
  9. I would get demote Cimber for now, because Pop fits the role of the weird look side-armer for gets soft contact already, only throws 10-12 mph harder, less risk with high velocity. I would call up Pearson now to replace Cimber. Richards and Bass, you wait on a bit longer unless someone in AAA forces the issue or Chad Green/Trade Deadline comes. Whichever happens sooner allows you to make decisions on Richards/Bass/Mayza. Whomever sucks the most once the above comes due, gets punted.
  10. The mechanics definitely are a WIP, but the stuff and ability to generate Whiffs are there and have been since he debuted. If the mechanics get sorted he could absolutely dominate major league batters. I just get equate the potential of a talent like that to Mitch White.
  11. You're spot on my friend. It's one side of the other, mostly the 1st side. There are a lot of posters that absolve the FO, the Manager, players, etc of all criticism and point to retorts such as "LOL Small Sample" or "LOL TINSTAAP" type of nonsense. I think when something looks stupid immediately, in many of those cases it is, and you shouldn't be met with a contrarian POV immediately just because it's not a white or black take on the team.
  12. Unless he injured something, the decision is inarguable. He literally made a decision just to make one.
  13. 2 of those walks were in 0.2 IP awhile ago. He's been mostly Ks and weak contact since then.
  14. Schneider has to get cute and take out a guy with many pitches left in the tank. So stupid.
  15. Sit Pop back down, don't waste him when you don't need to. Let Berrios go 8
  16. Yeah was thinking of him, but wasn't going to single him out.
  17. Schneider better not get cute with it. Give them a day off please.
  18. A few of us hated it at the time, and were huge on Frasso, and the rest of the cult think s*** on us for it.
  19. This is really going to end up biting us isn't it?
  20. Berrios & Manoah are very similar, in many ways, though the latter is so huge that his low-mid 90s FB can stimmy hitters while Berrios' gets mashed.
  21. I noticed the same thing, wall-scraper power.
  22. This definitely changes my perspective on it. The wife is pregnant and the kids are the age of 2. I have kids and they were raised right, and, even still, getting them to clean up after themselves at that age is a tall task even with good parenting. Bass' family is also on a flight probably for hours and the kids are probably fussy and everyone is buckled in. You can't drug your kid to sleep, so sometimes, s*** happens. Honestly, knowing that Bass wasn't on the flight does make me empathize with him. If he was, I would have blamed him for not picking it up. But knowing he wasn't, this is different.
