    Ya. I think the Jays will look better overall once the season starts, so as a whole I'm not concerned...but if we break down each transaction that happens throughout the course of this off-season, I don't think this Teo deal will be one that tastes as good as other ones that will be coming.

    Not entirely sure why you need a signing to judge a trade. Value for value the trade was not good...unless that's all Teo is really worth on the market, which is kinda hard to believe. The signing can happen whether the Teo trade was made right away or not. A better trade (if available) could have been sought after later on. If this truly is all Teo is worth then that's one thing, but it sure doesn't smell good. Hopefully Teo bombs (cause f*** Seattle), Swanson continues to be effective, and Macko continues to develop and becomes a real blue chipper.
