    The correct answer is neither is ideal and would be better as a 4th OF. And if the role will be as a 4th, I'd rather go with the guy with the considerably higher calling.

    I'm sure that's not the only deal he's looking at. But you don't turn other deals down that you like just cause they're not the big one.

    Yup. I'm not saying he'll flop, not at all. My gut is jest telling me he'll likely end up in the pen... And that's not a bad thing at all. We all know how much help the team needs there.

    Dubas has to bring in a Top 4 D man. He has to. Rielly and Muzzin are out long term and Brodie's oblique isn't responding as quickly as they'd hoped. That's 3 of your top 4. Can't realistically expect Sandin, Lilly, Holl, and Giordano to fill in. Gio is 39. Holl is Holl. Sandin and Lilly have talent, but are both young and still need to be shielded from facing the opposition's Top lines. They're just not ready for that kind of responsibility. Maybe they can prove me wrong, but I don't this they can risk it.

    I'm intrigued by Bellenger's upside and would like to see the Jays land him (for a reasonable amount). Also...I don't want him being the Teo replacement...he should be the Tapia replacement.

    I'm going to enjoy watching some people on here implode if the Jays sign Bellinger. Will provide entertainment during a dreary offseason.

    Maybe I'm alone but I'm not sure I see Zulu as a long term starter. Would be great if he could though. I get Kelvim Escobar vibes from him, and I'm not sure why

    Depends on what the $$ is for Bellinger. I'm hoping he's the Tapia replacement and the Teo replacement is still coming

    I would be intrigued with Bellinger for sure. That said, I would hope that he's not viewed as a straight one-for-one replacement of Teoscar in the lineup. I would want another addition of significance as well.

    Hope you're right...but I wonder how much impact Vladdy's big ego, and the fact that he has a HOF father, will have in negotiations. I see him going to the highest bidder...and there will be teams that will pay through the nose for his bat....and "gold glove" defense.
