Fine. He wasn't at work. But the argument was that his behaviour want illegal so MLB should have no reason to stick there nose in. My point is, there are legal things that were can ask do that would not please our employers. Curt Schilling made a tweet that got him "suspended". I don't think he was at work when he did it. But regardless, what he did impacted the image of his employer negatively... When you're in the public eye, there are a different set of standards that these guys need to live up to. Doesn't matter if you believe that or not, it's true. And if Chapman wants to pretend like he's in the wild west then I think his employer shouldn't be pleased at all.

If i went out to my garage and fired off a few rounds and it somehow made it out to these media and it was mentioned who i worked for... I wouldn't be surprised at all if my company would have a sit down with me.
