    There's a balance. You don't turn every veteran into a young controllable asset, but you also have to have foresight and move some veteran pieces while they still have value.

    Not Darvish money obviously, but he's not going to take $1-2M. Does anyone know if any team blew their IFA budget this year and will be penalized in 2018? If there is such a team, I look at them as being a significant player. If you're already in the hole, go all in.
