Great work, man. I know how hard it is to lose weight. I lost over 100 pounds myself and it was quite a journey. Keep at it...and don't rush the process. -

Keep in mind, there will almost certainly be an opt out clause. Whether that's after 2-3-4 seasons, who knows...but I'm sure there will be a way for him to bail if he determines that he made a mistake or the team isn't living up to their end of the bargain (i.e. creating a championship calibre team).
