The complaint is due to lack of patience and needing assurances that all holes will be filled in the rotation. Until that happens, all other acquisitions won't be savoured for the sweet treats they are.

@ShiDavidi Current #BlueJays plan is to use Marcus Semien at 2B, with Cavan Biggio sliding over to 3B, where he played 10 of his final 13 games last season, including playoffs. Jays will be open to using Vladimir Guerrero Jr., at third, as well, but most likely it's Biggio's spot.

Defensive catchers won't be nearly as important. Framing is irrelevant unless you're able to fool the robot too. Games are pretty much called from the dugout now anyway... Can you catch? Can you throw? OK. You're the catcher. -
