    Gutsy 5 innings by Bassitt.
  2. Masterbather
Figured we might need double digits tonight
  3. Masterbather
    Phew
  4. Masterbather
I don't think there's a chance that he's going six tonight. If he can give us five with a chance to win, that's a success.

Are they still booing the US anthem? It seems that all that talk has settled down lately and that hasn't really been happening but I haven't really noticed either way. I didn't notice it during the Canada Day game. If they didn't do it during the Canada Day game they are absolutely not going to do it July 4th.

    You'd better not be lying.

I can throw darts on a dart board too.

We might have to score another 10 plus runs tomorrow with the bullpen we're going to have available. I don't really have a lot of faith in Bassitt against that lineup. If it rains, leave the roof open, tell them it's a technical problem with the gears and have the game postponed.
  9. Masterbather
    Easy peasy eh?
  10. Masterbather
From a pure objective standpoint absolutely.
  11. Masterbather
    Big dick energy comes through.

So how's everyone doing? Heck of a game. You didn't really think it was over at 8-0 did you? Too much game left to go, and Berrios is unfortunately capable of laying a stinker at any moment. Losing this game is going to suck hard for somebody.

Well if you believe advanced metrics, not really that even at all. In fact inning for inning, Warren may be their best starting pitcher. Walks are his biggest issue, so yes, patience and grinding out at bats may be key.

I have not been one to really complain about Schneider's bullpen usage this year. But this IS egregious. Unless there was some issue with Green that we don't know about. This is just wasteful.
  15. Masterbather
Of course we all expected the Blue Jays to score 12 runs today.
  16. Masterbather
Well this has turned into a fun game no?
  17. Masterbather
Well this is a team that doesn't often shoot themselves in the foot and beat themselves on the field but a rough inning. It was a tough play for Ernie, tougher than it looked, and Vladdy was obviously rushing to throw the ball home.

Until the playoffs, him and Judge exchange animal spirits in the postseason.
  19. Masterbather
Good enough. Not the cleanest outing but he gave us five with a chance to win.
  20. Masterbather
    Uh....wow?!
  21. Masterbather
Definitely an open dome home run.
  22. Masterbather
    That certainly helps!
  23. Masterbather
Kevin's doing okay. We'll be lucky to get six innings from him though. We haven't been close against Fried.
  24. Masterbather
Yankees have had mostly very good starting pitching despite the absence of Cole. Offense has also continued to be fantastic even with the loss of Soto. They deserve credit
  25. Masterbather
Agreed. Don't love the pitching matchups. Wish we got Stroman.
